Masquerade Teen Miss Dance and Senior Groups- Part 3

Mission Impossible was the bomb!  Got a Platinum award & was selected as one of 5 numbers to do an Encore Performance at the conclusion of the competition tonight. 

Retrograde, Black Hole Sun & Michaelangelo all got Platinums as well and they all got in the top scoring numbers in Teen Division.

Day 3- Happy Mother's Day!!  Our day started at 6am. And I was greeted with a Mother's Day balloon & flower extravaganza when I came up the stairs. Thank you Brad!!  

First number was Silent Night. Jordan & Tegan bonded while waiting to support the Seniors in their first number of the day.

Masquerade Junior Awards

Jordan's goal going into today was to get a Platinum for her solo & get in the Top 10 overall in the Junior Division.  Well folks......here she is!

And not only did she get a Platinum but she was chosen as one of six dancers from today who were invited to attend the All Star Dancers Convention in NYC this summer!!  So proud of my JoJo!  Goals- BOOM!!!

And the Junior Co. also got a Platinum for Sugar Plum & 2nd Place overall in the whole Junior Division. They killed it today!

Masquerade Junior Division- Part 2

Next up- group competing. The Junior Co. did a lyrical routine to The Water is Wide.

Masquerade Junior Division

Today was the Junior Division competition. Jordan did her contemporary solo, Sunshine.

Despite losing the top to her solo costume (another story for another blog) she looked beautiful in Zoe's gently worn solo costume.  And thank goodness, it fit perfectly!

Masquerade Teen Division

The Masquerade Dance Competition began this evening with the Teen Division solos. Zoe competed 2 solos- her contemporary solo called Lost & her pointe variation Dulcinea.

With Tegan after they competed their pointe variations. 

And of course, with her best friend Callan who did fabulous in her solo. She got a Platinum award as well as got into the Top 10 in the Teen Division!!  Way to go Callan! 

Zoe got Platinum awards for both her 

solos & she got the highest cumulative 

score for her 2 solos in the whole Teen Division & won the Teen Miss Dance title. 

HUGE trophy & a gorgeous crystal masquerade mask & yes, another jacket!  

Tomorrow Jordan competes her solo & 2 group routines. Time for Mom to go night-night!  😘
