Brotsjur, a Junior/Senior co. combined cool acrobatics routine, was next. They got Platinum for that and a special judges award called "Acrobatic Artistry"!
More stretching for Brotsjur. Always more stretching.
Getting ready to go back stage.
In the afternoon was Vivaldi Spring. A ballet routine w/ the Junior Co. Another Platinum!
Then Zoe competed her 3rd and final solo for the week, Sugar Plum Fairy. Unfortunately the music started but Zoe couldn't hear it so she didn't start. It wasn't a great way to start but went good overall and she got a Gold for it.
During awards in the afternoon the head judge had her stand up and acknowledged her for doing 3 solos. She commented how hard it is to perfect one solo let alone 3 for competition. So that was cool!
The girls ended the day competing Mission Impossible. They nailed it and got a Platinum and special judges award titled "Amazing Accents" for how they utilized the accents in the music even when they were in the air doing jumps/tricks.
Stretching again before Mission Impossible! Notice the wrapped/sore ankle. Bummer.
Today the team will compete their last 4 routines. Another busy day! Hoping her ankle is feeling better. Time to wake her up........
