Oops Missed a Day- back to Wednesday!

After sleeping only about 4.5 hours we were up early again for Zoe to compete 2 more group numbers. Initially she was still on a high from Tuesday night's big win. But the crash came when it came time to put pointe shoes on with a broken toe and swollen foot!

Then was the pointe number. Oh no!  Zoe couldn't get her pointe shoe on cuz her foot was so swollen. Lotsa tears. I told her not to do the number. But there is no way she would not do it. So more ibuprophen and she finally got her shoe on and on with competing once again! 

Afterwards the team went to do a group photo. 

In the afternoon Jordan had 2 numbers that she competed. First was Bye Bye Blackbird. They did fabulous and Jordan really worked her Fosse moves. They got a Platinum along with a special judges award for presentation and style.

Got back to the room to a beautiful bouquet of flowers congratulating Zoe from Mammy- Dustin's Mom. Wow!  

Zoe and Jordan dressed a ready to head out to the Teen Miss Dance pageant. 

Wednesday night Charlie competed in the Teen Miss Dance of America pageant. And although she didn't place she looked amazing in her solo and had a blast competing. Fabulous experience all the way around for her. Can't ask for more than that!  

Long day!  Everyone's tired. But not too tired for a late night swim.
