Day 3: Evening Rehearsals and Dinner Out for Mom and Dad

This evening Jordan got into the action. Zoe had a rehearsal for the opening number of the Teen Miss Dance solo competition on Wednesday & Jordan was selected to represent Chapter 1 in the opening routine kicking off the conference tomorrow evening. 

Here's Jordan ready to go to rehearsal.

And of course, must do some stretching before rehearsal.

Brad & I had the opportunity to go in to downtown Nashville to have dinner at Prima, listed as one of the Top 10 restaurants of Nashville, while both girls were in rehearsals. 

 

Fois Gras to start. 

Followed by a gem lettuce salad with beets that was amazing. Alas, no picture to share. 

I had the Tile Fish & Brad had the smoked Pork Chop with apricots & broccolini. My fish was to die for! 

Final course was a raspberry lemonade sorbet with a 20 year Tawny. 

Enough said!  

Tomorrow morning starts Prelims for the Performing Arts Competition. Zoe is competing 2 duets- one with Max & one with Tegan, and Jordan is competing her Musical Theater solo, Steam Heat.  

Well it's 11pm and time for bed. Until I blog again....Goodnight Nashville!  😘
